Independents and other non-party affiliated voters can vote in every General Election.
YOU CAN VOTE EVERY NOVEMBER, EVERY YEAR.

Vote from Home
Vote by Mail — Simple Steps
1. Apply Early
Voting by mail is safe, easy, and legal. Apply NOW!
2. Vote When Your Ballot Arrives
Complete your ballot as soon as it arrives.
3. Use Both Envelopes
Place your ballot in the secrecy envelope, seal it, then place it in the outer envelope.
4. Sign and Date Correctly
Sign the outer envelope using your voter registration signature. Date it with the day you filled out the ballot.
5. Return Your Ballot
Drop it off at an official drop box (you must return your own ballot unless you complete an authorized agent form due to disability). The deadline to return your ballot is Election Day.
Prefer to Vote in Person?
If your ballot hasn’t arrived, go to the polls and vote provisionally.
If you received your mail ballot but want to vote in person, bring it with you so it can be voided.
If you lost your mail ballot, you can still vote provisionally.
No matter what, you have the right to vote — and your ballot will only be counted once.

Vote Early
If your ballot doesn’t arrive, is damaged, or you want to vote early, visit Chester County Voter Services or a satellite office with a valid ID. You can request your ballot and vote on the spot.

Apply for, receive, complete, and return your mail-in or absentee ballot
Replace or cancel a damaged or missing ballot
Submit or pick up election forms
